General
Supported housing is a safe living environment that provides more than just accommodation. At Rise Inspired Ltd, it includes personalised support with life skills, education, employment, mental health, and building confidence—so young people can move toward independent adulthood with structure and care.
We support:
• Young people aged 16–18 (including those in care)
• Care leavers aged 18+ preparing for independence
• Young people at risk of homelessness, exploitation, or gang involvement
• Individuals who need help developing life skills, routines, and emotional stability
All referrals are assessed on a case-by-case basis to ensure our service is the right fit.
Yes, we can consider emergency or short-notice placements, depending on risk level and availability. Our Burnside Road residence is fully staffed 24/7 and equipped to provide immediate support and assessment.
Support is personalised but typically includes:
• Help with budgeting, cooking, and managing routines
• Education and training support (college, apprenticeships, CVs)
• Emotional well-being and goal setting
• Daily check-ins and safeguarding oversight
• Guidance with housing, health, and future planning
We use a three-stage Step-Pathway model to structure the journey toward independence.
Placement duration varies depending on need and progress:
• Short-term emergency stays
• 12–18 months for structured support
• 6–9 months for semi-independent "move-on" accommodation
We work with professionals and young people to agree on realistic goals and timelines.
