Referral Criteria
We accept referrals for:

Young people aged 16–18 in need of supported accommodation

Care leavers aged 18+ requiring semi-independent or step-down support
-
Individuals at risk of homelessness, exploitation, or gang involvement
-
Young people requiring structured support in life skills, education, or emotional well-being
We can also assess emergency or short-notice placements depending on availability and risk levels.

How to Refer
Professionals can refer via email using our secure referral form (available upon request). Please include:

Referral details and young person’s profile

Risk assessment and any safeguarding plans

Placement objectives or care pathway

Contact information for key workers or professionals involved

What to Expect
Once a referral is received, we aim to:

Acknowledge within 1 working day

Review and assess within 2–3 days (or sooner for urgent placements)
